"DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! . the communication is terrible. They do not answer the phone or return emails . They tried to give me a unit I did not view . When I got the keys to the apartment the apartment wasn’t move in ready . The claimed the the floors were industrial but the floors looked like they pulled the carpet up and never replaced it . The apartment was on the second floor and the apartment flooded with water . I was supposed to move in a month ago they never fixed anything . The hallways smells like animal pee . The maintenance team never responded or the property manager never even got back to me after a month of waiting for them to fix the apartment. Btw the leasing office is in Georgetown wish is very far from the apartment location . If I could give negetive starts I would . The rent is way too high for them to carry the situation like this ."
"Have been logging maintenance tickets since Sunday 5/8. Messaging states I’ll be contacted in 24-48 hours, and I’ve yet to hear anything. Also have not been able to get ahold of anyone at mgmt company. 05/24/22 update: STILL waiting for a response from maintenance or the management company!"
