""Living at Beckert's Park, managed by Foulger Pratt and Bozzuto, has been an absolute nightmare. Despite being a responsible and upstanding member of the community for two years, my experience has been marred by a litany of issues that have made this place an unlivable and unsafe environment. First and foremost, the management's mishandling of rental payments is utterly shocking. Multiple times, we've experienced the loss of rental payments on their end, causing undue stress and financial uncertainty. This is unacceptable, and their lack of accountability only exacerbated the situation. What's even more distressing is the blatant harassment aimed at tenants to force them to move out. It's apparent that the management company would rather drive out residents than address the persistent security issues plaguing the building. Speaking of which, the security issues are rampant and have made us feel constantly unsafe. It's an environment where break-ins, car thefts, and even fires being set within the building have become far too common occurrences. Moreover, the lack of a functioning rent payment system is baffling. This should be a straightforward process, yet it's anything but in this building. It's as if they're making every aspect of living here as difficult as possible. The pest infestations are another issue that has persisted without resolution. We've had to endure spider and cricket infestations in our living space, with management displaying an appalling lack of urgency in addressing this serious problem. Our safety and peace of mind have also been compromised due to unauthorized individuals checking and opening apartment doors without permission. This invasive breach of privacy is something that should be swiftly dealt with, but it appears to be just one more concern that management cannot handle promptly. Furthermore, threatening neighbors have been a constant issue, and the inability of the security or management to address these problems in a timely fashion is inexcusable. The environment they've allowed to fester here is utterly toxic. Lastly, the common areas are perpetually marred by garbage, abandoned shopping carts, and dog feces in the hallways. It's as though no one is taking responsibility for maintaining even basic cleanliness and hygiene standards. In summary, living at Beckert's Park has been a two-year ordeal of frustration, stress, and danger. The management company, Foulger Pratt and Bozzuto, have demonstrated a complete lack of competence in addressing the myriad issues that plague this building. I strongly advise anyone considering moving here to think twice and explore other, safer, and better-managed housing options.""

"I love living here! From the moment that I entered to tour I have had a fantastic experience. Yolanda helped me through the entire process - it was simple, easy, and very quick! Each member of staff from leasing to concierge have been wonderful to communicate with and the apartments are gorgeous. I love my apartment and was able to get it the same day it was posted for a great price. Maintenance requests are completed within only a few hours, and are rarely needed. Any time you have a question everyone on staff is extremely friendly, and helpful. This is a safe building with great amenities and community. This is a great place to live!"

"The amenities are upscale, the janitorial staff keeps the building impeccable and for the most part, the maintenance team is quick to respond to issues. Our biggest complaint is with the leasing team. They are consistently non-responsive to questions or concerns submitted in any format, regardless of how big or how small the concern. No response at all via email or the app they ask us all to use. So the building is a great place to live unless you run into an issue that needs assistance from the leasing team, then good luck!"

"My husband and I lived in Beckert's Park for about 14 months and it was a very average experience, considering the price tag. The lobby and amenities are beautiful and we did not have many issues with the apartment itself (aside from a persistent leak in the shower). The concierge staff did their absolute best with the very complicated and overwhelmed package system. The package rooms probably need to be a lot larger - it always seemed like there was more incoming than the staff/space could handle. Unfortunately, the leasing office is very unhelpful and disjointed. We moved into a different unit earlier this year and the process was very frustrating. We were told we'd owe different amounts multiple times and ultimately ended up owing more than we expected, which was very stressful. We were managing this communication on our wedding weekend, too, because the staff took multiple weeks to iron out the confusion on their end. Ultimately, it took over a month for charges to be correctly rectified. I also had to send multiple documents more than once because the office staff did not file things correctly upon our move-in. And despite multiple efforts, I was never able to log into the apartment app or website. My email address did not make it onto the correct record somehow. While we loved being connected to Safeway and being close to the metro, I'd recommend living elsewhere if an organized office staff is important to you."

"When we first moved in, we experienced a few hiccups; however, the building was a lease up during the summer months and they had several move ins per week. As our time progressed at Beckert’s Park, I must say that the staff has been great to work with. Maintenance is amazing. They come instantly and are so polite whenever there’s an issue in the apartment. The building is beautiful and has wonderful amenities. The convenience to Safeway is amazing and only an elevator ride away. I want to give a special shout out to Yolanda who has saved me with locating very important packages for my wedding not once, but twice! She is so lovely and greats every resident and guest with kind words and a smile. She really makes living here a wonderful experience!"
