"The lady in the rental office is very nasty and just always rude in person and over the phone she barely want to answer any questions and so quick to hang up if you take to long to respond, she treat her residents as if they live in A shelter, she is always telling someone who can be in their apartments and how much company they can have threw out the month, she got family members in some of the buildings who help complain on other residents so that she can have A reason to kick them out and move more of her family in, she watches people on the cameras for her own personal use but can't control the drug dealers that's hanging in and out the building or in the hallways she also never seen to catch the teenagers in the laundry room having sex but can tell you how many loads you watch."

"I've been living at carver Hall for almost two years and it has not been the best experience. I do not interact with anyone besides saying hello to a few neighbors. My next door neighbor is from hell. The walls are so thin you can hear everything that goes on in your neighbors apartment and I mean everything. It's always people in the hallways smoking weed and drinking, spitting, leaving garbage, and even had a neighbor urinate in the hallway. It's the worst rental experience of my life. I would not recommend this property to anyone."
