They are super dog friendly as well, and give our pup a treat or pets whenevr we come back from our walks. When we go out of town we get the best welcome home from the team (Abiyeh, George, Caroline, Freddie, Samuel and Ruth!). So glad we chose to live here!"

"I only lived here for a short time but it was a fantastic experience. It’s a building for adults; there were never any parties or problems with noise late at night or at any time. I actually never heard anything from the apts on either side of me or above and below me. It was the quietest apt I’ve ever lived in. It was a dream. The building is lovely with great amenities and it’s incredibly well run by Jessica, the building’s manager. I can’t say enough good things about Jessica; she went out of her way to make me feel at home there even before I committed to the apt. Her dedication to the building and its residents is unsurpassed in my experience, and I have lived in many buildings in both DC and NYC. The maintenance staff is also terrific. On the rare occasions that I had an issue in the apt with an appliance or plumbing, it was taken care of within hours. And the entire building is always extremely clean. The front desk staff (Freddy, Ruth, Caroline, Michael, and others) are also great. Always ready to help with package retrieval or anything else I ever needed. Freddy in particular is a gem. An incredible asset to the company and the building. I unequivocally recommend living here."
