The apartment is a 10-minute walk from Dupont circle metro, and very close to Georgetown university. There are lots of food options in the area. Plenty of street parking and resident parking available(cheapest in the area)."

"If you can get past the age of the building, this is a gem of a place. Rental price is great for the location (nestled in between Georgetown, West End, and Dupont), the floorplans are much larger than what you'll find in newer developments these days, and the apartments maintain some of it's original character with its wood flooring and archways. My boyfriend and I just moved in and had a great experience working with the property manager Miguel in getting things squared away. Management is chill and generally very helpful in getting things taken care of. Again, it is a dated apartment so A/C units are out-of-window and laundry is in the basement of the building. But otherwise a great value and amazing location."
