"The Clifton is such a lovely place to live. Everyone in the building is so nice, including the leasing office. The management is so accommodating - they did everything for me to make sure I choose my stay with them. The amenities are incredibly nice - my favorite is the gym. The building is well maintained. Definitely a plus for dog lovers"

"This is an outstanding property . Is located just off 14 st , not too far from all the restaurants and bars but just far enough to be a very tranquil location . The units are beautiful and comfortable and the management and maintenance team are just amazing . A jewel in the area."

"From the lobby to the units to the amenities at The Clifton, the place feels like a stylish boutique hotel and everything seems well done. The gym is especially impressive for an apartment building. Most importantly for me, the staff is very friendly and helpful, especially the leasing agent Kume who did a great job when I visited to view several units. The Clifton is definitely worth considering if you are looking for a newer apartment building in a great location of DC."

"I can not stress how much I love the Clifton! I have lived here for a couple months and the whole experience has been amazing. Their awesome gym has everything I need to work out and the rooftop patio and club room make a great workspace and entertainment area for guests. It's superb location next to U&14th also puts you walking distance from countless bars and restaurants and extremely close to the metro. I also just got a new apartment in the building and Micheal and Mercy were amazing in being timely and professional; shopping for a new apartment was stress free and enjoyable when working with both of them. Overall, I would highly recommend the Clifton with its superb amenities and awesome staff."
