Everyone is on "he say, she say" The consultant Jasmine switched her words once the Manager Sophia was in the office just to save herself. and kept telling me she didn't say what not only I heard but my sister as well heard her. Sophia the manager is unprofessional and acts like she's not human and cant make mistakes. she switched up her words as well. So It was pretty much there word against ours smh because it wasn't on paper. Now the apartments itself are nice the neighbor hood is nice. but they fail to tell you in the begging most of the gates are locked both ways, and theres no intercom, so you have to go let you guest in the gate and let them out as they leave. Ohh also they fail to mention, that they dont want your children playing outside on the property."

"I lived in the Oxon Run Manor community for over 6 years until I moved in 2017 after buying a house...2 years at 210 Miss. Ave building and then 4 years at 221 Miss. Ave #G1 and this has to be one of the best apartment communities in this part of SE. Ms Tolson(when she was there) and all of the office staff and the buildings service staff are phenomenal. Grounds are well kept and secure and the apartments are clean and comfortable. I recommend Oxon Run Manor 100% to anyone looking for an affordable, safe, spacious spot to stay at in DC, which these days are very hard to find."
