"The Livingston is a great place to live. The building is solid. Everything works, and the apartments are spacious. Rents are very reasonable for the neighborhood, and utilities are included in the rent. They have a package room so you can get your packages after hours, and you can buzz people in with your cell phone. Also it is the best neighborhood in DC! Safe, cafes, groceries, theaters, etc! You can keep pets with a cheap one time pet deposit! I have lived in many apartments and this is the best!"

"I have been living at the Livingston since November 2019. Great location; neighborhood has a "small-town vibe" while still being accessible to the rest of the city. Apartment has spacious living room, bedroom, and closet space; kitchen and bathroom are on the smaller side. Office and maintenance staff are responsive and available. Package room is convenient."

"I've had a great experience renting in the Livingston. Location is perfect, easily accessible with bus, metro, or car. Neighborhood is cute and has all the basics within walking distance. Response to maintenance requests have always been extremely prompt and transparent (this hasn't always been the case in other buildings I've lived). Communication from management with the building (posters) and through email is sufficient. Amenities are nice and well maintained. I'd recommend the building to others!"
