"Moved in a month and half ago. So far it's been a pleasure living here. The rental office and maintenance staff have been considerate and responsive. One example: I had a toilet that wasn't broken but flushed weakly. I asked if it could be replaced with a power flush toilet, thinking this was too big an ask for them to agree, since the existing toilet wasn't broken. To my surprise, they agreed! They ordered a new power flush toilet and installed it within a matter of a few days. I couldn't be happier."

"I have been a longtime resident of the Lenox Park. During the pandemic and thereafter I have had to address several challenging resident issues with Lenox management. I had the pleasure of discussing these home issues with the Assistant Property Manager Elizabeth Harvey. Elizabeth has excellent customer service and took great care to step me through a resolution. Her care, concern and humanism was just the best! What began as a very stressful situation for me, Elizabeth brought calm and presented possible options. "I recently moved down to Lenox Park in early September 2023. I was immediately attracted to this property due to the kindness I received when I was greeted when I first came in. Then the tour I received from Mariyah in the leasing office was top tier. She truly captured all the positive things about this property but also kept it real as far as a few things the property lacked. The amenities and the spaciousness of the apartments is what sealed the deal for me. I also love the added layer of safety that is presented by way of 24 hour front desk concierge (Ms. Michelle and others at the front desk are always so kind and do their job exceptionally well) and key fob only access. Maintenance is always prompt and resolves the issue. The only small complaint I have is the work that's still taking place with the elevators, which to my knowledge has been going on for a long time, that makes them come slow. Other than that, I truly love staying at Lenox Park Apartments. All my family and friends whose visited all said I chose a very nice place. I would absolutely refer and recommend Lenox Park Apartments to anyone looking for a nice place to stay."

"Lived there for three and a half years, and each time my lease came up for renewal they raised the rent over 10 percent. I was even willing to pay for the hike again to avoid the hassle of moving, but they raised the rent so much that my income no longer met their ratio and they refused to renew. Absolutely baffling, No one has rented the unit since I moved out, they've lost nearly $9,000 out of an unwillingness to rip me off. It's a great location if you don't need a place you'd like to consider a home. Just an fyi, the building was built in 1990. So when moco's rent control comes in effect, they won't be allowed to hike rates lbeyond 3-6% anymore and it might actually become a decent proposition again."

"This building is very quiet and the staff is wonderful. It is kept very clean. They are working on putting in new elevators but that doesn't seem to make any difference in my life. Make sure you get an upgraded apartment if you want one. Mine is partially upgraded with new carpet and appliances and fully painted before I arrived. The space and closets are fantastic. They also do apartment repair requests very quickly!"
