"It’s terrible they are slow getting the work done in your unit all the money I pay in rent it should be no problem getting these things done they lazy as hell in that office and maintenance is a mess I’m going above and beyond because this is ridiculous"
"The leasing office workers are the most unprofessional set of workers I have ever had to engage with. Most specifically the manager and assistant manager, the living conditions of the apartments are already horrible and they don’t make it any better. The assistant manager yells across the room when she is attempting to speak to you and the manager protects her unprofessional acts. Not only will I leave a review here but I will most definitely report them to the better business bureau too, people that rude do not and should not work in customer service."
"Please find the patience and energy to seek other living arrangements. The complex takes advantage of those who have low incomes. I lived here with my roommate when we were both finishing up school. We were shocked by the living arrangement when we moved in. We never were able to wash our clothes in the laundry room because of the price, lack of machines for one building, and it was often broken. Our apartment was infested with roaches and rodents. We did OUR best to fix the problem when we were TOLD to deal with it because it has roaches (take a look at the pictures in google reviews). We put up mouse traps, we sprayed everything we could for roaches, but the problem wasn't being handled in the entire building. When we moved in, the walls were freshly spray-painted; we found old CDs spray painted into the closet shelf. The porch door was broken, and calling maintenance was a hassle. We lost hot water plenty of times, and the toilet would clog easily. Everything was outdated, but that was the least of our worries; our issues were with the building's upkeep. Instead of taking in our concerns, they treated them as just complaints. Dead roaches as soon as we moved in... Also, please make sure if this is your only option (and I hope it is not), you keep a paper trail and make sure your account is closed when you move out. My roommate and I were sent to collections for a magical debt, and the staff said they contacted us numerous times, and we never answered, disregarding that both of us have had the same number since we moved out. Both our names were on the lease, and we both made sure to put a forwarding address the day we met with the property managers. The issue "probably" was, it's cheaper to sell a charge to a debt collector than contacting the tenants about a charge that could be appealed due to insufficient information and a horrible living experience. Do not live here. They will take advantage."
"I strongly recommend you TO NOT MOVE TO THOSE APARTMENTS!! If I could score this no stars I would! ABSOLUTELY STAY AWAYYYY!!! especially if you have small children! There are roaches and mice everywhere! You call to complain and they’ll send someone out ONE day and never see anything be done again! Rent is way beyond pricey for this hole in the wall! Roaches crawling up the wall is constantly happening, can’t even have visitors because it is beyond embarrassing! Management should do everyone a favor and tear down ALL the buildings. We made sure to keep everything clean, even hired a cleaning company to really do detail cleaning every 2 weeks and still there was a constant issue with rodents and pests! Found a roach walking on my baby as she was sleeping BIG NO NO! neighbors would constantly smoke and you could smell all the paraphernalia through the vents. I was happy that I was able to break my lease just to be able to get to a sanitary home!!"
"The pros to this location is that it is really close to everything. The place is safe and kid friendly. Staff is not bad, the maintenance crew are really great. The cons are that the apartments need to be fixed up. They are aesthetically not pleasing. You will see cracked windows and broken blinds in some apartments. There are issues with pests in the apartments and its does not matter if you have a clean apartment. Random vendors will come in and knock on your door to sell something. The walls are very thin and you will hear and smell whatever your neighbor is doing. There are times when your water will be shut off for maintenance without notification. Parking can be an issue on weekends or when really late. Overall if you are looking for a reasonably priced apartment with not much amenities this is the place. Location is what does justice for the apartment you can not beat the location."
