"Tamia, Emily and Amparo have been very helpful regarding move in. I will say with the amenities on site and appliances within your unit being included it's worth the price. The community far as the building's also could use a great makeover to add on to what is included. Despite the issues within m y apartment that I hope will soon be fixed my overall experience with everyone has been good."
"Rented from this apartment last year and had to end the lease early due to being hospitalized for an extended amount of time. Provided the hospital documents and asked to end the lease early without penalty. They refused to even acknowledge receipt of my documents and said they would charge me for the remainder of the lease. I also had a package delivered there by mistake (it was my mistake, I forgot to change from the address). I asked if it was possible to see if anyone turned in the package or if I could provide my information to the current tenant (if there was even one). Both times I called they were rude, not even trying to work with me on something that would’ve seemingly require little effort on their part. They wouldn’t even take the time out to talk me through possible solutions. Nothing. Even when I was there, the customer service was poor. I had to move into a completely different apartment than I was shown (they initially told me the apartment I was show was the one I would be getting). In addition, I did not get my parking pass or gym fob until over two months after me moving in (after repeated requests). Overall the apartment was okay. The in unit washer needs to be connected to the sink. If you do move here, note that the washers are old so make sure the connection is solid or you’ll have a leak. Don’t move here. For the price they are charging you can find better options. Especially if you have a car. If you do not have a car, you can find better options closer to a metro for just as good as a price."
"Not sure if I would move here considering how rude some of the leasing staff is. Before we were even shown the unit, dude was so rude with the way he approached the golf cart situation. I get it’s small but don’t be rude, take a different approach other then being a douche about it. Maybe I suggest that landmark invest in a bigger cart for future residence…The apartment we were shown was a grade off ,it’s big but there was a strong pee smell in one of the closets, it most definitely wasn’t the unit that my partner and I inquired about . Dude was not surprised. He also confirmed leaky ceiling issues! It wasn’t until after the showing we head back to the leasing office that the guy became more friendlier and pressure us to give him a 5-star review, for what?! Who buys a car, you’ve never seen before??? Why would we be interested in an apartment we haven’t seen how “great” it is. Landmark needs to find better staff or put their staff through some type of training."
"My experience was amazing I was greeted by a lovely group of people in the leasing office Ms Amparo was amazing her and her team did an amazing job of making me feel immediately at home. The tour of the apartment was also great and she explained everything I needed to know before I even asked a question it’s almost as tho she was reading my mind. The apartment was clean and easy to get to and I enjoyed every moment of my experience I look forward to moving in Asap"
