From the moment we moved in, the management team went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. We were fortunate to secure the best unit, which offered breathtaking views of the surrounding cherry blossom trees during springtime. The area is not only safe but also boasts natural beauty that adds to the overall charm. We truly enjoyed our time at Graduate Hills, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a welcoming and scenic place to call home."

"I have been in GH for almost a year. Overall, it is a good place for UMD student to live! If they could solve the issue of cockroaches, then there would nothing to worry! But there is a huge problem of roaches eventhough that you are super clean! I have requested 3-4 times for pest control but after couple of weeks again you will see roaches in kitchen and bathroom."

"Overall, It is a great place for college students who have friends to share the apartment. Not affordable for graduate students for single housing. That’s the university grad school problem. If you can to stay with two other grad students in 2 bedroom, then it will not be expensive. The management team is good, helpful, and very flexible!! Repairs are done quickly!!"

"I am very lucky to live in a GG apartment with no roach/mice issues so far. But the cooling system is awful! We're not able to even breath for weeks now and the cooling system will start to operate in ten days! The rent is going to increase while there is no noticeable change in the community or service, except for an extra pet fee, $20 per month per cat, which is obviously a new perfect income stream for the management. This place is seriously overpriced!"

"I lived here for three years and the apartments are ok. It is close to the university and it is affordable. I didn't find the cooling/heating central system that annoying. Management is responsive to maintenance and fix issues in a timely manner. Tiara Logan from residence services is extremely rude and ill-mannered with international students. Not sure why she is even allowed to work in customer service. We had many unpleasant interactions with her. For example, when we needed a key for a third roommate she claimed only two keys were allowed for tenants in a two bedroom apartment, but, in a different occasion when she was not around, Jeff (the manager) offered us a third key... If we shouldn't have had to deal with her I would rate this place five stars."
