"My name is James Lisenby I have lived in Fountain Park for going on 10 years now. My Family and I have really found our PLACE LIKE HEAVEN!! Our Community is an OUTSTANDING PLACE TO LIVE AND RAISE A FAMILY. It's COMMUNITY DRIVEN, that's thrives off of the LEADERSHIP of Our Property Manager. She is a VERY KIND, PATIENT AND HAS SUCH A LOVIBLE SPIRIT. That continues to lead our Community Upward. Also inside of our Community is our Property Coordinator Katie.. SHE IS THE VERY BEST AT HER JOB, SHE IS SOOO SWEET, SOO KIND AND HAS A HEART OF GOLD!! Our Community wouldn't be what it is without her.. We also have THREE OF THE BEST maintenance MEN ON THE PLANET. One in particular is Manuel( I call him Manny). Manny has been a BLESSING TO MY FAMILY AND I AND OUR COMMUNITY, and I'm SO GRATEFUL TO HAVE RAISED MY KIDS AROUND SUCH OUTSTANDING PEOPLE.. And From My Family TO THE WHOLE FOUNTAIN PARK FAMILY!! THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH FOR EVERYTHING YOU HAVE DONE AND WILL DO TO CONTINUE TO HAVE OUR LITTLE PIECE OF HEAVEN CONTINUE TO SOAR!! THANKS!!"

"Came back to share my honest review. The leasing staff was amazing! The tour was great but once you move in beware! Fountain park is infested with roaches. Within my first week I was put on an inspection schedule. By week two I was looking for a way out because it was that bad. I lived at the property less than 30 days. I appreciate Southern Management for not giving me a hard time and letting me leave smoothly! I’ve since moved to a non-southern management property and finally have peace of mind. All in all I would not wish my experience at Fountain Park on anyone. Until they are able to get the pest issue under control save your money cause you’ll spend more time & effort combatting the issue than enjoying your living space!"

"Fountain Park is great community. Me and my fiancé Mike have lived here for 5 years and we love it. The community is clean and quite. The buildings are always clean and also the laundry rooms. The location is also convenient. The maintenance team Orlando and Manuel are awesome. They are really hard workers. The always come to fix things in my apartment right away and they keep the common area clean and well maintained. Staff is very caring about the place in every aspect."

"Greetings I've been a resident at Fountain Park since 2007!!! This complex is fair we could use a few adjustments, but for the most part its fair. The office staff is Great :) The maintenance guys are Phenomenal especially Manuel he'll Always go above and beyond for any call or task. Manuel is definitely a Great Asset to Fountain Park Apartments... Thank you all for providing us with pleasant service and dedication throughout my years of living here."
