MAA National Landing 1201 South Joyce Street, Arlington, VA 22202

"Lived there for about 2 years and loved the location and the apartment. Had some minor issues with rodents (but that is understandable with a grocery store below you) and lots of issues with the garage doors being broken and elevations being out of service for months on end. Overall, it was a pretty nice place to live, but $3200 (not including parking or utilities) is a little steep for the area when there is lots of construction and thin walls. We wanted to stay and renew our lease for a 3rd year but they raised the rent by $100/month when no updates to our building were made, broken garage doors and elevators, and construction continuing through 2024. So we decided to leave unfortunately. Now we have a beautiful condo about 15 min down the road for 2700/month and a pool, parking and water included."

"Stayed with family over the holiday on this property. We were blown away at all of the stores within walking distance. Being in the city the ease of access to the Metro was also a huge plus. We took the Blue Line into D.C. and walked over 22k steps our first day, lol!"

Erin and her team are so friendly and make living here a great experience. For us, that’s been 17 years. All of Erin’s team are professionals in their fields and are responsive to all our needs, including managing the deluge of packages that arrive this time of year.
