"The worst management on the planet,we live at the London park towers,and the issues lately in the building are endless,only one elevator is working,the other two are out of service,one of them has been out of service for over a month,they claim they are still waiting for (a part),as if this part is coming from out of the universe????most washers,and dryers are out of use,but the Lazy manager seems to careless about the issue in the building,we even contacted the headquarters,and left few messages,but apparently Kay Management properties are managed by second hand workforce. The last issue we are dealing with is the smell of marijuana that is smoking the whole building.This property has become a very dangerous place to live in."

"I struggle to give it 1 star. The building hasn't fell so I guess it deserves a star for that. Customer service is terrible!! From complex management to executive management. Complex management doesn't care and executive management never responds. Would not recommend a Kay managed complex!"

"Since Kay Management Germantown seems to be permanently closed, I’ll leave this review here. Jennifer L Wanis community manager at Seneca Club Apartments is extremely unprofessional- tossing keys I was turning in for move out back at me saying “if you want to play it like that”. Does that mean you’re refusing to accept the move-out??? Is that even such a thing? On such a power trip that I feel sorry for her employees. She likely yelled at them after I left. Please do not model her behavior. I walked away leaving the keys on her desk."

"Living in one of the communities was fine; maintenance and leasing office was great. When we gave notice to vacate, we were basically assured by the leasing office that someone would be taking over our lease. We were a little shocked to hear nothing, and then receive an invoice with the threat of going to collections when this was the first time we heard about owing the remaining month. Also, when we gave notice to vacate, this apparently doesn’t translate to pets and we we’re responsible for paying pet rent the remainder of the lease when we had given appropriate notice to vacate…not sure if they thought we were leaving our pets but a little ridiculous."

"I've been working with Kay Management a little under two years and I'll say, they're based off favoritism. The chances of you moving up is only based off how close you are with upper management. They rarely care about their employees & their personal lives. You can only take off if you have PTO, no matter what the situation is, it could be life or death. Calling out without PTO, you'll get written up. Also, there's a HUGE gossip ring within the company & defamation of character on the staff! Managers have learned personal things about their staff and discussed it freely with other employees under Kay along with spreading rumors. If you want to succeed within your career & keep your mental health in tact. Please do not work here"
