"Mapleview Apartments is a slum and the owners are slum lords. im not sure if they are renting apartments because the building is run down with lots of mice and roaches and mold. everything is old in the apartments - no upgrades. the owners are so cheap and won’t put money into the building. the last time the swimming pool was open was year 2014. they don’t have money to maintain the pool so it was closed. the owners only care about collecting rent and not renovating the building. they had the nerve to give rent increases"

"Manager was extremely rude and terrible service. They raise the rent prices every YEAR. I do not recommend coming here unless you want to be treated terribly."

"This place has the worst costumer service. One of the staff was extremely rude no matter how nice u are to him. They also charge you $50 to use the extra key that they have when you get locked out and you don’t even get to keep the key. There’s also a lot of bugs! I’ve been here for only a month and so far I’ve had nothing but bad experiences. 100% do not recommend!"
