"Sick this is very sick, bedbugs, raccoon in ceiling, medium spiders, roaches, carpenter ants and mice that dig their way into your home, you feel like you can’t live, this is the second time I’ve asked for pest control and they say yes 2weeks..and nothing from the office, there’s no ventilation so you have to open a window when you shower so hot water makes paint chip and mold grows, maintenance is a joke and there are x’s on the ceiling for repairs that should’ve been done over a month ago. Laundry room is in a different building and you have to set a timer because people steal your clean laundry. Ghetto Banshee neighbors live in the building with dog so expect barking when your trying to sleep and babies making noise. You can find 420 and coke dealers in other buildings. If the building is on fire for and reason your on your own on the weekends because the leasing office is closed then. The water is on extremes when you shower never consistent. Good luck and god be with you if your thinking of moving here because of price and utilities included."
