"I move into my apartment next week but up to this point my experience has been fantastic. Working with Daijah has been wonderful. Daijah has been responsive and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. I will write another review after I move in which will cover the move in process and condition of the unit I take possession of. "I started the application process. Kept getting emails to complete and to call in. I called to see if any 1 bedrooms were available. One was coming up but I couldn't view I could only give application and fee and move in. That some bull besides the fact I kept getting emailed and the girl couldn't find my application but yet your sending me emails. First impression is lasting you can't find my application but yet you keep sending me emails. So once I moved in what you misplace rent too. I dnt think so. Rent at your own risk from this place or their other properties"

"I had a major incident with a neighbor who accosted me with racially charged statements. Afterwards, I learned this neighbor had attacked other members of the building. Management has been effectively unresponsive regarding my concerns about feeling unsafe in the building. After talking the situation through with several neighbors we learned that there are many more issues management is generally unresponsive about. I can not recommend to anyone, especially not any people of color. Thankful for the maintenance team who live onsite otherwise this would be a 1-star rating."

"My husband and I have lived here for nearly three years and LOVE it. The apartments and complex are clean and well kept. Maintenance lives on site and is prompt (always within 2 days of submitting a request). Management is so personable - no big corporation running it and they really care about their tenants! We have loved living here. As other reviewers have commented the complex is right on the railroad tracks (our apartment faces towards them), but we got used to it pretty quick and it doesn't pose more than a minor annoyance occasionally, usually when we have the sliding door open in the summer. If you require quiet surroundings or are a light sleeper, this might not be the right place for you."

"We lived in these apartments for two years and loved it. We switched from a 1-bed to a 2-bed when available without a problem. The on-site staff is wonderful and the off-site office staff was always helpful as well. The location is perfect! Walking distance to the TP metro, downtown TP and downtown SS. The downside to the location is the train tracks, so beware that there will be noise. For us, it was just part of city living in a convenient location. We enjoyed the garden plots residents can reserve, as well as the neighborhood park. The only reason we left was because we bought a house. If you can get used to the train noise, we highly recommend these apartments."
