"OK, where should I start. I arrived after driving for hours and they told me that they didn't have my reservation. I spend about an hour on the phone until I was able to get to my room. Let's say that the room was relatively fine. In the morning, when I went for breakfast at the announced time, the breakfast space had not been cleaned from the previous day and the supplies have not been replenished. It was quite dirty and the supplies didn't seem to be edible. I totally forgot about it, but I received mails asking for feedback, so I provided it. Some of the feedback made it to the headquarters, apparently, and I receive a courteous message apologizing for the inconvenience. But some of the feedback showed up here and the local manager, apparently, is now questioning whether or not I had been there! He or she says that they don't have my name in their guest list! That is not surprising, since they didn't have my name or reservation when I arrived! Why would they have it now? The manager asks me to provide my room number as a proof that I have been there, but unfortunately I don't remember (nobody does after a week). I can gladly provide copies of the email reservation and certainly documentation of the charge in my account for the hotel night. I guess they were not able to find my reservation and now my name in their guest list but they were certainly able to find my bank account. I'm providing extra feedback by request of the hotel manager."

"I've been here for four days and this woman hasn't been in for four days and right now for only $50 I have to leave a deposit, my reservation has already been paid and it turns out that she's stubborn, I'm giving her my credit card so she can take the money and go for it. Cash wants the money, I already went to the bank and there is no money to withdraw it and he comes yelling at me and disrespecting me when I have never disrespected him, how bad it is for this hotel to treat us guests like this this is the woman at the reception"

"I'm so glad I read the reviews before booking .not only was the desk clerk rude and ghetto over the phone but she also tried to charge me for a night and I asked her to cancel my reservation after seeing the reviews. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to classy people the desk clerk and general Manager are nasty miserable women."

"A friend stayed here for a visit. The service was nice. They let him check in about 2pm. The staff was understanding and help him getting the room on the ground floor as he requested. The room has 2 beds and office desk. The only thing unusual was the ceiling. I'm not sure if the spots on it were molds."
