"Someone got shot at about 3 am. I heard 3 gunshot and when I went to the balcony, this is what I saw. It's not safe to live here."

"I visited a friend at this place on a Christmas day. My experience was awful. It was random people standing at the lobby and a long line to the elevator. We decided to take the stairs. It was trash everywhere from the hallways, stairwells, and elevators. The main door was opened. I gave one star because there's not a 0 option. The building smells spoil food, smoke. People smoke on a stairwell. I'm not sure if they have smoke detectors."

"To ensure your safety, it is best to stay away from this location. There is a constant presence of drug dealers and drug users at all times. They can be found openly using drugs in various areas such as the entrance, stairs, and so on. The management office has been unhelpful despite my numerous attempts to contact them. This place is predominantly controlled by homeless individuals, drug users, and drug dealers who show no regard for hygiene, as evidenced by their public urination and defecation. Unfortunate incidents have occurred in the past and are likely to reoccur. Thankfully, my lease will conclude in a few weeks, and I am eagerly anticipating my departure. I will give this place negative 10."

"Worst Apartment!!! Negative Rate 1-The Elevevators are Not working 2-The Stairs are always Dirty(Pee,Vomit and bad staffs) 3-Sound Pollution inside the building and outside the building 4-The Gate is open for everone so people come and sleep on the stairs 5-a lot of trash outside the building 6- a lot of mice 7-You don't feel safty becuase people are killing eachother on the building 8-Drug Users are there And so many problems."

I went to office twice to told them there are homeless people are sleeping and making dirty because of that I am not happy in same time they do drugs and smelling so bed we all tenants not deserve that situation please and please is there anyone can find any good solution for that. so my concern are so simple right? But it’s not a treat…!!!!"
