"The building is old, could be cleaner but the cleaning lady cleans daily from what I can tell. She does the best she can considering some tenants are very inconsiderate and nasty. Even though it’s an apartment building of I believe over 60 units I have never had any issues with pests (roaches) or rodents. Maintenance is always working on stuff, constant water shut offs but they give notice and it’s always during the day while I am at work so I am not affected by them. There are issues that always come with living in an apartment building but Im giving it 5 star review mostly because of the staff. Linda the on-site manager is very responsive via email. She usually responds within minutes. She is so pleasant and friendly. Most importantly Robert the maintenance guy. He is always running around making sure things get done and very responsive. I always see him working, talking to tenants even picking up trash when he sees it on stairwells and hallways 7 days a week! You can tell he truly cares about the building and it’s tenants. Them two have made my living experience here a happy and satisfied one."
