"I absolutely love my place for me and my children, the small things that I did have any issues with was addressed quickly. I’m thankful for the Manager that works the office. A lot of people don’t understand, she is by herself most of the time and gets back to people as fast and promptly as she possibly can. As I myself working in an office job somewhere and completely understand when you have 1 million things To do and several people trying to contact you at once , your only one person, She is dedicated to port capitol and is A very kind person"

"I’ve had 2 attempts on reaching out and 2 attempts on leaving a voicemail. I tried also sending a message for them to get back to me. I went to the office and it had a were away sign. It just potentially poses a red flag to potential tenants because there’s no sense of urgency to get back to them."

"Been trying to contact this office for weeks, Drove to the community on a Tuesday morning , & it had a we are away sign , drove again on a different day still no one! Currently trying to call and still no answer , I even left a voicemail."

"If I could give 0 stars I would! They change management like socks with no notice to residents. Office is never open or they’ll put a notice to not disturb. Don’t bother calling or emailing you’ll never get a response. They do nothing nice for residents but yet always require so much. They put notices on your door everyday that are written very unprofessionally. New leasing manager yells & threatens children. Neighborhood is never clean & parking can be ridiculous. And they can increase your rent every year. This complex is a joke. Ever since the last manager and maintenance left a lot has gone down hill."
