"Linda needs to be put back thru training, she has no communication/hospitality skills whatsoever. I booked a room for my daughter and her friends on February 2nd for her birthday. I called the front desk that morning to make sure my daughter would be set up to enter the room when she arrived and was told all she needed was her Id, and to have me put her name on the room which I did. Upon entering the hotel my daughter was denied access to the room by whoever was at the front desk when she arrived. When I called the next day I explained the situation to Linda and was abruptly responded to in a sarcastic tone "well are you gonna give me a name or what sir?" After going back and forth and attempting to explain the situation I was told I was yelling (which I was not) and was hung up on. Last time I checked it's the employee of the companies responsibility to gather any information needed from the guest after any situation is explained which Linda failed to do. On top of ALL of this, I was told not only by Linda but the representative on the 1-800-holiday number that I only booked for one night when I clearly booked for two, keep in mind not only was I charged for two nights but the hotel even sent me a confirmation email which stated that I paid for two nights. This might be one of the most unprofessional, frustrating situations I've ever had to deal with. I'm never staying at any holiday hotel again and it would behoove you to make the same choice."

"We needed to find a place on short notice for a family members sudden passing. We live in Mass & no idea about the area. Read previously reviews and felt like this would be our best option. The place was clean from first step in the door. The front desk person was pleasant and check in was a breeze. The room was immaculate. There was a lil fridge, keurig and microwave. This came in handy for us to heat up leftovers. The iron and ironing board also came in handy. The bottles of Dove soaps, lotion, shampoo and conditioner were a wonderful surprise. The continental breakfast was just enough and had plenty of options. It’s in the area of restaurants and grocery store. We didn’t use the pool, so can’t speak on that amenity."

"The front desk staff—Will, in particular—were welcoming, courteous, and helpful. They were the highlight of my stay here. The location was quiet and convenient, as I was able to take a short walk to a grocery store, pharmacy, and restaurants. But it seemed this hotel had not been updated since it was built rather poorly many years ago. I could hear guests in other rooms pretty loudly. I was awakened earlier than I wanted because the guest room doors shut like claps of thunder. Ironically, the guest room cabinet doors close softly but the toilet seat and room doors do not. The clothing iron's controls were broken. I did not sleep well and would not stay here again."

"This hotel was a last-minute book for me, so I really didn't have time to read about everything. The location of the hotel isn't bad, but the entrance to get in is a little tricky to maneuver. The hotel was nicely cleaned, had lots of fancy light fixtures, and seemed to have generally nice staff. We called ahead to just make sure that we still had a room since it was a last-minute book. The guy assured us that we were on the list and stated that they were running behind because they were completely booked! The only issue I had was that their breakfast is from 7-10. Now I had a sports tournament, so we had to rush out in the morning, and we were looking forward to breakfast. When we got there, the lady was still putting things out and seemed to be preparing things. When it got to 7:10, I asked her if we could go in, as there was a room about 20 people waiting for breakfast. If not all, most of us had early tournaments to get to. Finally, around 7:13, she let us in, and I had to run to grab food since we were behind schedule. The stay wasn't so bad, but I wish that they had prepared for everyone who stayed there. I would have been nice to sit and eat instead of grabbing and going!"
