"The move out process these to be a lot more clear in residents of this neighborhood for 4 years have 2 young children that grew up in that Apartments When moving in here definitely make sure you go over the Walker because they will charge you for things that were there before you got there In the time that we were here management has switched Therefore previous conversations with the original management never got to the new management The heating air condition system is very old and needs to be update there's been weeks that we haven't had Air condition or heat The new management director she is not personable or a nice lady at all very short no compassion nothing The only reason they got 3 stars is because of Mary Beth and the maintenance staff other than that if it wasn't for them they will have no stars or This new lady there make sure you take pictures of any documentation that she send you because posting things on your door that is important due to the fact that our doors are outside in the elements there's a slight chance as you might not receive your paperwork changing dates to back their self up only made the situation worse for them will be in continuous contact with her boss O did I mention entering your apartment without your permission or consent where they do that it But from this experience thank you"

"The apartment itself is very spacious for two people, has new windows, freshly painted walls, and a lovely porch! We had trees behind our house which added a lot to the cozy feel. The neighborhood is very safe. Pet friendly! Beth was really helpful the whole time we were there. Maintenance is very prompt. Duane, who usually showed up to our place, is this kindest man in the world and always did an amazing job with repairs! We love Duane!!! There was a time that he helped us with a flat tire after his shift ended. Our only complaint: THIS IS A SMOKING APARTMENT. We were constantly getting whiffs of cigarette smoke and weed through our vents as well as? a cooked meal? I’m not sure why the vents are connected. Our upstairs neighbor was constantly dropping ash on our porch furniture. Having said that, this place is a shining star in comparison to some of the places nearby that we considered."

"Lived here for a year & loved it! Its so peaceful so clean! No bugs & the maintenance were quick to respond. The office as well were lovely. I had an amazing year here no complaints at all for The Orchard Club Apartments!"

"Dont moved here, the management is worse than apartment living. At least they have an after hours service. The lack of communication, disorganization, and mistreatment of the condo owners is deplorable. After everyone in the office skips off to their evening, we homeowners are left without leg to stand on. There is no contact information for a property manager, complete stonewalling from the towing company, and clueless answering services where unless your building is burning down, they dont care about you. For the amount of money we pay in HOA fees, this company should be more respectful. Instead, we are left to fend for ourselves. Dont make the mistake we did, find somewhere else to live."
