Paragon at Columbia Overlook Apartments

"The most trash place I have ever lived! Ive definitely overstayed my time here for sure. If my job wasn’t so close I would’ve moved sooner. The place ALWAYS smells like weed or trash. My apartment reeks of weed and I don’t even smoke. Mind you there are no smoking signs all over the place but the property management has done absolutely nothing to fix the issue. The dumpsters are always overfilled to the point where there is trash in the street and parking lot. Let’s not forget the cars that have been broken into and packages stolen (from folks that live there and don’t live there). Also if you have children definitely would not recommend as the traffic from the small intersection infront of the neighborhood is so dangerous due to Costco gas station and shop. I’m not even sure if there is a property manager anymore. If there is, then she’s actively ignoring complaints from tenants and should be fired at this point. And it’s laughable how high the turnover rate is in the leasing office. There is a new person working there every time I call or go in. Oh and you have to love how thin the walls are. You can hear EVERYTHING your neighbor does or says. Just too much! Not worth the rent and hassle."

"They dont tell you about the $80 convience fee just to pay your rent online. The building is old and Maintance enters your apartment with out your knowledge. They dont even leave a card notifying you that they were there. Dont be fooled by the "common" area and leasing office. These apartments are old nothing luxurious about them. You can hear everything through the walls and the vents. The in and out traffic of the area is exhausting to say the least. The package are is ridiculous. UNless they people delivering the package coordinate with the amazon lock box your packages will 1. sit outside of the building or 2. sit outside of the lock box. Nothing here is worth the amount of money you pay to live here. convinced the postive reviews are fake.Good Luck"

The leasing staff were very friendly and forthcoming about the ins and outs of the community. They made me feel comfortable and answered every question I asked. I’m very happy here and my neighbors are very welcoming and kind."

"Very disappointing experience. When we went for a tour of the Paragon we were only giving a virtual tour because it was raining. I could have done that at home. I was really looking forward to a possible move to the residence but there seemed to be no interest in renting out an apt. There was no follow up after our visit either. Please hire someone who cares about their job and give good customer service."

"I have lived here for two years now. I selected this apartment home from several that I explored in the general area two years ago. I do not regret selecting Paragon. I truly enjoy my apartment, my view from my patio, the amenities here, and the proximity to so many stores and shops. The only thing that may keep me from renewing at lease renewal time is if the rent goes up higher. But outside of that, I do enjoy living here."
