"The access to the enter my apartment has been broken since August 2023 we are now heading into December 2023, still no fix. But yet as Howard Students we are being charged 6000 to stay here. Beware of the contracted tow company whom seems to make a living towing students vehicles even when they are registered here. They even tow Amazon workers vehicles who are simply doing drop offs to the building."

"The Apartments seem nice but if you aren’t not familiar with the inside of the building you will be lost, there are NO DIRECTIONS to instruct you, you have to LOOK for the elevators.. then I called the office to get help and a cal center rep answers and tells me it’s nothing she can do LUCKILY someone finally came out their home & helped me after walking in circles for 20 mins"
