"I thoroughly enjoy my experience living at Aster College Park apartments. The community offers a fantastic living environment with well-maintained facilities, friendly neighbors and a top-notch concierge, property management, leasing and maintenance teams. However, one minor inconvenience is that some residents neglect to clean up after their dogs in the Dog Run area, impacting the overall cleanliness of the space. I believe addressing this issue would further enhance the positive atmosphere of the community."

"I’ve lived in these apartments since June of 2023. The apartments are fantastic and the staff is amazing. Mandy at the concierge desk exemplifies hospitality and makes you feel at home. Everyone in the leasing department is helpful and diligently works to make your experience as smooth and as easy as possible. Furthermore, the leasing team provides many opportunities to connect with the residents by having apartment get togethers. If you’re looking for an amazing place to live that’s kid-friendly and fun that’s in or around the College Park area I would highly recommend Aster Apartments."

"I absolutely love the two concierge staff members Mandy and Chauntel. They’ve always been helpful with anything I’ve needed from; providing my keys safely to my dog walker, keeping my food or packages for me. I mean they go above and beyond and that’s what I live the most about this apartment complex. They’re also friendly ladies who are genuinely nice and caring. Hands down two of the best concierge staff I’ve ever had in my building, I love them! I know others would agree because of there warm personalities!"

"I've lived at Aster for the past 5 months, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. The amenities here are absolutely stellar! Whether it's reading poolside, working out in the well-equipped gym with its large windows providing ample natural light, or finding a cozy corner in the communal areas for some quiet reading, studying, or remote work, there's always something to appreciate. The staff is another highlight – from the leasing agents who made the move-in process seamless to the incredibly friendly concierge team. They went above and beyond when I faced a difficult time, offering kind words, writing me supportive letters, and being there when my dog passed away. The convenience of living here is unparalleled. Having a Trader Joe's in the building is a game-changer, and the proximity to downtown College Park is perfect. Easy access to the University of Maryland and the College Park Metro Station for trips to DC is a huge plus. I've had the pleasure of interacting with the maintenance and service staff as well, and I must say, their friendliness is always a bright spot in my day. The only area where I see room for improvement is in guest parking. It can be quite cumbersome to find parking for visitors when they come over. Lastly, the apartments themselves are top-notch, featuring a thoughtful layout, high-quality materials, and modern appliances. I couldn't have asked for a better place to call home. If you're looking for a comfortable and convenient living experience, I highly recommend Aster."

"Closest to heaven you can get in the DMV. Not enough good things to say about this place from the pool, location, living above a Trader Joe’s, endless amenities, breathtaking views, amazing staff, elegant and timeless natural designs and excellent craftsmanship. I feel like I’m in DC at a museum every time I walk through the bridge on a bright sunny morning. I highly recommend to anyone looking for the status quo of ultimate luxury in College Park, MD and living life like you’re at a resort. I am also a student so the study rooms are very helpful, and the close proximity to the business school is nice."
