"This is a convenient and nice place to live, but what truly takes it to the top for me is the maintenance team. Any time we need something fixed, they always come to check on it quickly and fix the problems professionally. The new Bozzuto supervisor, Alex, was the one who fixed our most recent maintenance problem, and he was professional, kind, and even showed us a couple maintenance tricks. Having his help was a very positive experience, and is what prompted me to give this review. Thank you, Alex!"

"Lived at Monument Village for 1 year and couldn't wait to leave!!! I was on the 1st floor, apt close to the door and living there became a nightmare. It started with seeing flies while I was placing my furniture, which was before I officially moved into the unit (I believed they came through the AC/heater vents). Then came small roaches not long after moving in, which would occasionally pop out. Mind you, I bought almost all my things brand new. Also, one of your maintenance individuals does not know what 'customer service' is (I believe he's Dominican). The deal breaker for me is the unit above mine. I'm not sure if the complex was poorly built or if it's the individuals living above my unit, but there isn't a single day that I do not hear loud stompings from my ceiling. It has woken me up from my sleep countless times because it felt like the SWAT unit was breaking my door in. Even the last day of my contract before leaving, I was awoken at 5am by these loud continuous stompings and management never dealt with it even tho i reported it. I left even before the last day of my contract because i couldn't take another night there, considering I was paying almost $2000.00 for a studio. Management then tried to add bogus charges when I was moving out! They don't care about you, just how to get your money. STAY AWAY !!!"

"Monument Village is honestly my best experience with renting an apartment building! The cleaning crew is a very hard working group of individuals, they always kept the place clean. Management, led by Jasdeep, is the most responsive and professional management team I’ve had. There are barely any issues, but when there are issues, they always respond very quickly. If you’re looking for a place to stay in College Park, make sure you check out this place first!!"

"Living here was a positive experience! It's a relatively quiet apartment building with a lot of nice amenities. I used the pool almost every day in the summer, and loved it! The apartment itself felt very nice and new. Whenever we [rarely] had a maintenance issue, it was always handled quickly and professionally. Additionally, Jas is great at his job! He always remembered our names and asked how things were going, and he was always super flexible and accommodating for everything we needed. Great apartment, great team, great place to live!"
