"This is the worst experience I've ever had in an apartment. We moved here in October. There were numerous problems upon moving in, including: fire alarm beeping, washing machine broken, no hot water in bathroom, gas fireplace not working, and heat not working. Also, multiple things have fallen apart, including the front door handle and part of the bath tub. In November, we began making requests to have our heater fixed. We were told on multiple occasions that the heater was fine and that I didn't know how to work the thermostat. I placed 6 work orders online and another 2 by phone, but it wasn't until I called the DISTRICT ATTORNEY OF MARYLAND that they actually fixed my heater. Almost THREE MONTHS LATER. There are multiple problems throughout the property, including the gym door that has been broken for more than 3 months, exposed plumbing in the gym from a repair that has gone on for several months, and a building in the middle of the complex that burned down last year (and they still don't know why). I feel stressed out living here because I never know what is going to go wrong. It has been a miserable three months, and I would not recommend this place to ANYONE. It is the definition of meretricious. And ignore the sign on the front that says "recently renovated." It has not been renovated. EDIT: As you can see from the response below, the management is now attempting to harass and intimidate me by suggesting we need to have an in-person meeting because I was "disrespectful" to them in an email. This is ludicrous."

"Lived here for 6 months and can’t wait to move out from the apartment. In these 6 months we had more than 8 written complaints and countless phone complains to the management. The things broke down in the apartment one at a time. They charged us extra for the “newly renovated” apartment but the water pipe broke, sink and dishwasher was trenched with water, they made us live without heater in winter for 3 full days and nights, there was GAS leakage from the heater into the room!! Had to call the Washington Gas to check it out because the management didnt do the work properly! Twice!!! The water tanks were soo flithy and disgusting that we literally had brown/reddish water for 3 whole days!! It was a terrible experience here!! The management is a joke too. Had to call and visit them soo many times just to replace a mail box key, which they assigned the wrong one to us in the first place. The paper works takes forever to get done by them. But the money? They charge the money in a blink!! Such a bad apartment management and fake advertisements. Do not recommend this place to anyone!!"
