"I have been living here for more than half a year. The maintenance service is always quick responsive and the leasing office team is pretty nice. If you are lucky to meet their manager, you will find Maggie is such an amicable lady. The apartment is around a small hill with the nature, and the price is absolutely reasonable if you rent not in a peak time. I will strongly recommend here if you are a gwu or gu student or working in the DC. Just hope the rental fee of the continuing lease won't go up too much."
