4115 Wisconsin Apartments

"We had a great experience leasing here. It truly was “quiet living” for us as it’s a small building with about 15 apartments per floor. The walls and floors are concrete so you don’t hear your neighbors as much, but we were also at the top floor so unsure of how much you would hear from your upstairs neighbor. The building is old and the amenities (laundry, package room) are shared but you just have to take that at face value. It’s a simple and quiet living here. 4115 was secure, private, and homey. We would have loved to stay if it weren’t for a job relocation. The biggest con I would say is the noise of traffic. We were used to it but there were some mornings that we wished we were somewhere far away from the city lol. Terrence and Kyle are friendly and provided great customer service. They communicated and handled any issues in the building promptly. I definitely recommend living here!"

"Update: 7 years of living here, and my only issue is they are skyrocketing rent the last few years. Compare to the same building next door. I love living here but am afraid of being priced out because the wildly expensive condos a block away brought us a Wegmans. This building is a great location in the city near transit, clean and pest-free, charming apartments and pet friendly, with very responsive management for any issue. I feel very at home here but afraid Bernstein will make it too expensive soon."

"Very, very happy with the Bernstein management and Kyle Russel responsible for managing the building maintenance at 4115 Wisconsin ave. They do an excellent job taking care of the units and it’s tenants. Highly recommend living here."

"I had a very bad experience as a potential customer. They wanted a $300 "earnest fee" to apply for an apartment that they wouldn't even give me a tour for because "it was their policy not to give tours of apartments while tenants were still in them." So they wanted several hundred dollars to apply for an apartment that I couldn't even see. You shouldn't trust companies that take advantage of their customers like this. *edit* Read their response below. Complete corporate whitewashing. Declining to take responsibility for their bad business practice, and simply offering to re-state their existing policy that takes advantage of customers. This is not a company that you can trust."

"4115 Wisconsin is an incredibly well-managed building. Harvey and Kyle were always responsive and helpful with any issues (which were few, minor, and far between). Maintenance staff are also great - super timely! Brandon was very helpful. The unit itself was lovely and I would rent here again in a heartbeat."
