"Lerner Windmill is all smoke and mirrors. Beautiful grounds, but broken in many ways internally. The elevator has been broken for over one month. This is totally unacceptable. Call box has been broken in my building for two weeks. Maintenance crewmembers are very lazy. And the manager Melissa really does not seem to have a vested interest in helping residents. Add to the list of broken things- the call box has been broken going on over a month. Delivery people just leave the packages outside the door. No wonder peoples packages get stolen."

"I have loved my time here in my Holly (1 bedroom + den) apartment. I never have any issues with neighbors above me being noisy. Sometimes while in bed I’ll hear my next door neighbor talking on the phone which can be an inconvenience. But besides that, this place is AMAZING! And the leasing staff is hands down one of the greatest and most accommodating I have worked with! The amenities are fantastic. I’m really sad I am moving in two months, I’m going to miss the pool and walking my dog around the complex. My apartment is beautiful with great new appliances, laminate flooring, a large spacious tub, and overall good quality finishes and apartment condition! Parking is strictly enforced after the sun goes down, so plan accordingly if you bring guests. They’re happy to write a temporary guest pass if needed for you at the office. I love the events they host, very thoughtful and fun, and great attempts to build community. I have been to quite a few and enjoyed myself! If you’re looking for a place to stay for a few years… this is the spot. It’s near by multiple shopping centers, and a great space, very safe! I highly recommend it and if I’m ever back in the area this will be the first place I pick to live again. For my first apartment by myself, the quality is a hard one to top. The contemporary touches really drew me to this place and I will miss it very much. Also, live in the small bar buildings if you can! It feels so tight knit being a smaller building with no looming long hallways. Definitely an amazing experience for the rate I got ($1530 a month)!!!"
