"I moved in November 2023, from out of state, and have been pleased with the property thus far. There were some maintenance issues when I moved in, but the maintenance department came within a day or two to address them. I’m aware that there are neighboring homes with children but I rarely hear them, unless I leave the apartment or they’re in the corridor. I do believe the cooking smells waft between walls fairly easily so that is something to be aware of. Also the hot water does not last long so baths are tricky. The leasing process was pretty straightforward as long as you follow the steps and provide the information they ask for directly. I also appreciated the welcome bag of goodies for my dog—I thought that was a nice touch to welcome us both here. So far, I’ve been happy with my choice!"
"Unlivable Conditions! I cannot emphasize enough how horrific my time going at this apartment. Counting the days winter days to end and end lease. From day one, the issues piled up, and every negative review here is justified. The hot water situation is abysmal, gas heating is practically nonexistent, and the condition of windows and doors is nothing short of disastrous – it's like living in a maintenance nightmare. What's even more infuriating is the staff's blatant dishonesty. They consistently downplay problems, pretending there's "no issue" when faced with glaring issues. The staff's tactic of passing the buck to maintenance is beyond frustrating, and it's evident they have no intention of spending a dime to rectify the numerous issues plaguing this place. The lack of accountability is staggering. The staff's response is a masterclass in evasion, attempting to shirk responsibility at every turn. The maintenance team follows suit, using every excuse in the book to avoid addressing the glaring problems with the apartment. Furthermore, the inflexibility in both staff and maintenance teams' approach is mind-boggling. They refuse to budge, leaving tenants to suffer in subpar living conditions while paying a premium for what can only be described as a living nightmare. Save yourself the misery – steer clear of these apartments. The management's disregard for basic living standards and their unwillingness to address issues make this place a black hole of tenant dissatisfaction."
"Worse leasing office ever. They don't know how to reply within a decent amount of time, unprofessional, rude, and neglectful. In June 2023, They failed to give us proper instructions on how to add another person as a lease holder while in the process of renewing a lease. We relayed to them our concern of the renewal offer's deadline date, and they continued to assure us not to worry as they figured out what way to go about the circumstances. They told us to have the person we want to add select a random apartment on their website (even though it was not a new lease), and pay the fees in order to see if he is approved or not to be added to the lease. We had him apply and pay the fees only for him to get an immediate denial because he was supposed to initially added to our income to qualify to be on the lease, but the way they told him to apply the system reviewed his application as a new lease and obviously using his income alone for the unit did not qualify. We inquired with them after for a refund on the fees and the reason for denial. They failed to respond to us within reasonable time stating why he didn't qualify nor did they inform us of the refund. It was only till the end of that month where the Property Manager then calls me stating they did not follow proper procedure when it came to my situation and that we could still renew and all of our incomes do indeed qualify. The property manager sent me an email stating, the renewal offer has been extended for 2-weeks. Prior to the extended renewal offer deadline date, I submitted my Notice of intent to vacate. This situation was already so frustrating to go through. What was even more frustrating was the fact that I moved out at the end of August and they delayed our move-out inspection and did not provide an itemized list stating any move out damages/fees until 10 days after I moved out. They charged me $800 for an insufficient notice fee, even though the property manager confirmed there leasing office employees failed to give us proper instructions on our specific situation causing them to make a mistake on denying our intended additional leaseholder, causing her to extend our Renewal offer's deadline date, but all in all PRIOR to the deadline date, we submitted a notice of intent to vacate. I inquired with them and appealed their decision to charge me this fee once I received my delayed move out charges. They did not respond to my questions or concerns until well over a month, nor did any RPM or RVP reach out to me as I have requested. I've called there corporate office multiple times, Receptionist is so rude, good luck trying to get someone on the phone. NEVER lease here unless you want to deal with rude people who are incompetent at their jobs and don't know what common decency is or even how to just return a phone call or email in a timely manner."
"The application process is absurd. My son (who is a manager, has a great paying job and could pay months in advance if he wanted) applied for an apt. He was asked to do the same thing over at least 3 times. I told him glitches can happen sometimes and to give it a chance since the location was perfect. He was given info on moving into a specific apartment (e signed, etc) so he turned down another apt that he was already approved for since this location was better only to then be told the next day via email he wasn't getting the apt?! He kept trying to reach a live person for assistance. I tried reaching the office also and the person who I spoke to was RUDE. I work in HR and as someone who has worked in customer service for years, I can say this was the worst customer service I've seen in a long time. The goal should be helping folks rent an apt. I've reached out to several people to share this experience for needed feedback and shocker no one cares because they don't respond. Finally got a response from one of their social media channels who told me to send an email to someone who I already sent an email to and received no reply. They clearly aren't concerned with customers, and don't care about receiving feedback."
"I've been having a great time so far, falica barber is a great manager at the Stanford location. Only thing I want now is to have 1 guest per pool pass or at the very least have 2 passes per unit. But over all great location and the maintenance is speedy and reliable. Those guys hustle every day so shout out to the maintenance team for sure."
