"We stayed at this hotel one night. The next morning we woke up with bedbug bites all over us. When I called back to talk to management/Headquarters they started out being semi nice. However, when I sent them pictures they turned really mean! Then they refused to take my calls. They handled the situation really bad. They even said that it could be fleas from people pets. Again, when they saw our pictures of the bug bites they refused to talk to me anymore."

"My family and I stayed here due to missing a connecting flight. We showed up exhausted due to a mess of a day and it was Larry who really saved our night. He was confident and assuring in helping us figure out our room and shuttle service for the morning. You could tell this wasn’t his first rodeo. We are grateful for his attentiveness during our stressful evening. Our rooms were spotless and it was a great place to stay for before catching our next flight. "I did not stay in a room but used their parking service. I usually choose off-site parking and hotel shuttles to save on airport parking. This was my first time booking parking and shuttle at this location and I was very happy. I found parking right away when I arrived. The hotel airport shuttle was getting serviced when I arrived for my departure flight but the staff was very accommodating and immediately got me into an Uber that took me to the airport. On my return the shuttle was still in service but again Larry from the front desk immediately accommodate me and called me an Uber to pick me up from the airport and to take me to the hotel parking lot. Larry was great and I want to give him a shout out. He was working on Christmas Day and deserves a recognition for his professionalism as well as his outstanding customer service skills. Thank you Larry and staff for providing me with great experience."

"I love interacting with the staff here, Larry in particular is awesome! I usually fly in from the mountain west region, so by the time i get there I’ve worked a full day, I’ve been traveling all evening, it’s late, I’m a couple time zones ahead, and I’m exhausted. Walking through the door to see a familiar face, though, is a piece of home away from home. Larry is the person who checks me in just about every time I visit and he has consistently made my check-in process fun and seamless. Huge thank you to the team for always making it such an enjoyable stay!"

"I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was new and clean. Room was spacious with balcony opening to a nice inside the hotel garden. Bathroom clean and water pressure was good. A/c working good but cant turn the auto function off. Plenty of free parking. Beware of another courtyard hotel near this location by 10 min"
