"We love this community and highly recommend it. The property manager David gave us a tour and helped us find the best plan that fit my family needs, we love our space to this day. We just renewed for our second year. The staff is attentive to our needs, especially the maintenance guys, Jaime, Bakarr and Joel. The office staff is prompt when we have a request and their follow-up quick. Thank you for making of our stay here a pleasant one!"

"My apartment had several issues with appliances but they got good technicians to help solve them. I would like to highlight the work done by BAKAAR in resolving multiple issues on a single day. His work ethics and way of communication is impressive. He is very good at what he does and does it cleanly. I am impressed with his work, Lerner parc is lucky to have him."

"Five year resident review: Grounds are kept pretty clean and the lobby looks nice. However, the nice lobby feel does not extended into the apartments. The kitchen cherry stained cabinets look cheaply stained with streaks and uneven marks. The appliances are old and no way the “luxury “ they call and advertise this place as being. I saw appliances left on the driveway of an empty garage for days in the rain( are these the appliances that are going into apartments ?)There is a big trash problem where they have a broken compactor to the main trash location all the apartments share, leaving plies of lovely trash.They just announced after what must be close to a year that the trash is fixed but we will see. The room where packages are placed has a broken lock for a year that allows anyone to enter and take packages. Also, the amount of handicap spots is decreasing each year we have been here and there is almost none at this point. The main issues this place has is with the maintenance and lack of communication with the rude maintenance man. I will give examples : Fire alarm chirping : placed a work order and got an email saying that they came a few days later. Arrive home, after not sleeping well for three nights due to the frequent chirping, and it is still chirping. They never came to the apartment but lied and said they fixed it. We had to go in person to complain that they lied about coming. They finally came and replaced the alarm. The alarm was from 2007…a quick Google search says that they need to be replaced at least every 10 years and it was 16 years old. Dishwasher : Was supposedly fixed but had to go back in person to the office three times over two days about it still being broken. Water leak: Three floors up had a big water leak that damaged the apartment. We were left for weeks with holes in the ceiling, water damage with no communication about when the repairs will be made. After almost a month we finally asked when it would be fixed and was told they would take pictures and reach out to an outside contractor. We asked to let us know when they were coming and was told no problem.I come home from work a few days later and smell paint. They fixed it, no letting us know they were coming, and we had bras and underwear out in plain sight as our apartment was in chaos for a month due to the water issue and having to move things out of the way in a water emergency. Toilet: The most recent issue that is making me write this review:I placed a work order Sunday night for an issue with my toilet . After not hearing anything by Wednesday evening, we called and were told they would be over within an hour. Well, I waited until 10:00, and they never showed up to fix it. I get up at 5:00 and was afraid to go to bed because the maintenance man was supposed to come to fix it. They had yet to fix it today( Thursday )as of 5:00 and when asked why ,when they said they were coming LAST Night, we got attitude and told that they had heating issues to deal with. There is a common problem with the maintenance in this place. Things need to be fixed in a timely manner and fixed right the first time. Also, they need to communicate to the residents if something comes up and they are not coming when they said they are. It seems like after reading similar reviews we have all of these things in common so that makes me feel a little better."
