"I came to Dulles green to move in quickly as my housing situation was bad. Jasmine was so kind and patient with us. I can tell she really cares about helping people get a home. The move in process was great. I’m glad to call Dulles Greene my home after such a difficult time in my life . Thank you Jasmine and the Dulles Greene staff."

"Horrible place. Neighbors loud party everyday in the middle of the night. Dirty bugs rats everything you name it, it’s here. Landry doesn’t work only thing it works for is getting money but not washing or drying your clothes properly. Nothing good comes out of this place. Better places with same or less pricing. Office doesn’t do anything for the problems. Really dangerous. Drunk people hiding under stairs and falling asleep so creepy and not safe. Most outlets in the apartment don’t work. No lights in rooms. Very small rooms. No respect always knocking or kicking doors and windows. Also pull fire alarm often for no reason. Also take out your Landry and thrown on the floor for no reason. Walls aren’t rlly walls your can hear everything in the building. I can go in forever."

"Did they finally eradicate the bed bugs? Did they hire better office staff, because they are rude and dismissive. This place deserves a negative one if i could rate it. I would not recommend unless you are desperate. Then don't stay over a year and get bed bug spray and don't move a lot of your furniture in so they can hide and infect your new place."

"I have been looking around town for an appointment in town. Here they have overpriced old apartments, they are as updated as there website. You can see the layers of over paint on the walls and outdated linoleum in the kitchen and bathroom. For what is available in the area and what you can get here I'll give it a 2/5. Location is good, shopping and the public park next door is nice, but lack of pool, modern amenities, and no balcony for the unit is short with other in the area."

"My mother lived at Dulles Glenn Herndon Apartments for six years and she’s very sad to go. The only reason my mom had to move was because she had a hip transplant and was hard for her to go up the stairs. Other than that, it’s a great place to create memories. The management and maintenance staff are friendly and responsive. This is the perfect location if you want to live close to D.C. There are several restaurants, shopping stores, and movie theater. Unlike other apartments in this area, it has a courtyard and benches. Perfect gathering place for friends and family in the summer months. This apartment complex is also located in a crime free neighborhood and is extremely family oriented.  If you lived there you would not want to move anytime soon."
