"This place is horrible with customer service. I called over 40 times not including my spouse calling too. I never got an answer or callback. I went to the leasing office door was locked. There was a lady there who saw me knocking but went to the other door to let someone else out. I then proceeded to walk to the other door she was at in knocked. She completely ignored me. This was 2/1/23 @11:00am No one has reached out since."

"Horrible Management, Horrible Maintenance, Horrible attitudes from staff, Trifling Neighbors, Mold, Mice, Spiders, Terrible upkeep of property grounds, Dirty laundry room, Broken appliances, Dirty pool after being closed for 3 years, Police always in the neighborhood for something, Numerous house raids, Poor electrical wiring, Water shut offs often with no notice and off for days, Power outages, Poor bookkeeping, Threatening letters left on your doors, Trash always in the parking lot, Loud and unsupervised kids outside all hours of the day and night, Residents living here not on lease, Parking wars, Dirty playground, And the list goes on! New ownership is needed not just management! Corporate is horrible as well!"

"I’ve been contacting the rental office about mold in my unit since Toy was there and still nothing has been done. It’s extremely hard trying to get in contact with the rental office, and when I do get to speak with someone, they are giving major attitude! It’s been a while since I’ve used my dishwasher because the racks are covered with mold. Mold is even seeping through the sealant on my tub!"

"Management is rude and lacks customer service skills. They can’t manage to be open for 8 hours of the day, and when I try to get in contact (call or show up to the office) during their business hours, their doors are locked. Regardless of how many times they change management/staff, nothing changes. You have to constantly call or email to get a response. The only way they take your complaints seriously is if you call to report them to HUD. The community is dirty, there is always trash laid everywhere. Walls are extremely thin, I feel like I’m in the same room as my neighbors as I can hear every conversation that they have."

"Management is very very poor! Every time you call the leasing office no one answers. You call at 2:00 they don’t close until 5 and no one calls you back. The walls are very thin I have neighbors with kids that run and jump all day and night. Sounds like their about to come through the wall. Then they have people that do not live in the development having parties. Standing and sitting on mail boxes all night long like we live in East Baltimore."
