Richmar Apartments

"Been a Resident of Richmar since 2018. Since being an adult I only ever rented from Maryland Management and I must say Richmar by far has been my favorite place to live. Offering a 5 star way of living at a reasonable price. Added bouns: Kim (the office manager), lori, and Delly is the best office staff anyone could dream of. Also cant forget the maintenance team that knows the residents personally and take pride into getting the job done. Sad to leave soon; only because we looking to buy if not Richmar we will stay!"

"Exceptional staff and amenities like the playground and pool for my grandchildren when visiting. The office staff were there all through the steps. The staff cleaning the hallways do an exceptional job as well. The office also follows up with a phone call for satisfactory completeness of maintenance orders. I love my new home!"

"My mom and I had a pleasant experience when we went for a tour of the apartment complex. Ms. Dally from the leasing office was super sweet and so so kind with us! My Mom is very shy when it comes to English, but it was so amazing to have someone who spoke both English and Spanish communicating and explaining everything to us at the same time. Mrs. Lori was so helpful and kind when we were filling out our paperwork as well, such an amazing staff here at Richmar Apartment. And they have a really good manager too."

"We have lived here for 4 years. Our 2 BR apartment is very spacious at a great price compared to other places in the area. It is close to the beltway and all of the variety of stores. Maintnance is very fast and efficient. The office staff, especially Kim the property manager is a gem. Our hallway is vacuumed on a weekly basis as well. I would recommend living here."
