McDonogh Township Apartments Homestead Drive, Owings Mills, MD 21117

"I moved here 2yrs ago because I love the area and McDonogh township offered everything I needed. Then I met Lucy the property manager and she is simply awesome. Prior to her coming to McDonogh township the other property manager Dontae was horrible he didn’t care about the people or the property. I was so happy to meet Lucy she listened to residents and everything she promised she delivered and more. She cares about the people that live here and she ensures that the property is clean and nice. I had an issue in my apartment I put ticket in and called her . Lucy immediately responded and within the hour while I was at work she called me and let me know everything was taken care of and then she followed up the next day to make sure I was happy. Lucy goes above and beyond each and every day. I see her each morning walking the property, she plans events for us . And anything that we notice she addresses it right away. She take pride in delivering great customer service and her word is her bond . Since she been here there has been many upgrades. I often ask her do you ever take a day off. Lol Lucy is a great manager and I love love living here because of what she does for this community. Continental realty has a gem of a property management and I hope they know it."

"My husband and I really enjoyed our time living here! We never had any issues and if a maintenance problem did come up, they showed up that day or the following to fix it. Everyone was super friendly at the office, including our neighbors. Only problem would have just been the thick carpet - felt like I vacuumed a lot and still didn’t get all the dirt/hair/fuzz up. But other than that everything was great! Would definitely recommend!"

"Apartment appeared to be very nice. Thick apartment carpet wasn't thoroughly cleaned and VERY full of pet hair, which caused me and my wife to have a hard time breathing in the apartment for the first two days. A/C units are outdated which causes a high electric bill. Maintenance me come to the apartment unannounced. Toilets water pressure are low. Fitness center is small and cramped. No free guest passes to the pool. (only specific person on lease have free passes(that also applies for kids)"

"Its great place to live. The buildings are clean and aesthetically pleasing. There are very nice floor plans. And just an overall good community. Sure, there can be problems from time to time. But the great thing about living here is that problems are seldom, and when they do occur the staff takes care of them very quickly! For example on one weekend a few months ago when we weren't home, our water heater broke. It made the carpet wet in the surrounding area. But once we notified them of the problem they sent someone to rectify the situation Within the hour, On a Sunday, when the office is actually closed! A new water heater was installed quickly that day and the carpet was taken up and new carpet was put down right after that. Honestly, the staff is amazing!"

"We don't rent here but we belong to the pool for the summer. So glad we joined!! My kids have made several new friends. The lifeguards are very attentive, very nice and they get to know the kids by name. The pool is always VERY clean as is the pool deck. The bathrooms are usually spotless but occasionally are slightly messy (they can't be picked up after each person and some people are slobs). My only issue is any time I have called the rental office with a question either about joining or getting guest passes, etc. I am always put through to voice mail. I only left a message once and no one ever got back to me. I find it easier just to walk over to take care of any business."
