"The Marriott Owings Mill Metro Centre never disappoints. My husband and I frequently travel to this location from NC, as our family is in the vicinity. We enjoy the amenities and always take advantage of MClub and enjoy chatting with Mr. Zach and Ms. Jewel, dining at the Tillary (bar/restaurant), and the flexibility to have our room cleaned frequently – Ms. Tracye always leaves our room spotless and ensures that it smells so nice. The staff Is very kind and always do their best to accommodate our needs. This hotel will remain our go-to location when visiting family/friends."

"This was my first visit to the Marriott Owings Mills Metro Centre hotel and I was not disappointed. As a Bonvoy Marriott member, I stay exclusively in this brand when I travel because I know what to expect from the amenities, staff, etc., but I was pleasantly surprised by the room. In fact, I just returned from Jamaica where I stayed in a Marriott Autograph hotel and this room was better than the one in Jamaica! Can’t wait to visit it again."

"Come with your water or get ready to buy. Broken coffee pot was disappointed but overall it was a good experience. I didn't expect the location to be that serene with access to malls within 5 minutes. Parking is not within the hotel. Adjacent parking means enjoy rain, heat or snow etc. Valet services is available."

"Myself and two of my friends came here for lunch it was a great experience for them it was not my first time eating there. Our waitress was Maggie Awesome Lady very attentive and the young Lady around the age of 19 didn't get her name, but she served our water was very polite! We will be coming back. Thanks"

"I had the most embarrassing and worst experience with this hotel that was unbelievable. It was my Wedding and as a Newly wed your excited to relax after your wedding for the weekend. I call day before and day off for early check in because my wedding hours started at usual check in. Reservation gave me the green light. I arrive at the hotel they refused to accommodate the early check in. I don’t panic and just continue with my day because it wasn’t the time for frustration and it was a busy day for me. I call around usual check in time, reception says they couldn’t check me in because I haven’t stayed with them before ok no biggie I let them know what time I will be arriving. Mind you I am a Member and never in my entire life had this issue. After wedding I give them a call once again letting them know my arrival time which will be a bit late and I was told don’t worry enjoy my wedding someone will be there to take care of me because everything is already noted. I arrive to the hotel after the wedding with my wife and we are exhausted just ready to kick back as we had a two day reservation before heading out. I was told my reservation was canceled and they have no other rooms to accommodate me there or at any other Marriott location nearby. It was embarrassing to be in wedding attire, luggage and the disrespect we receive when I question about the events that occurred. 10/7/23 Will be a day to remember"
