"I’ve been at Tuscany gardens since 2011 and it has had its ups and downs but since they have newer staff, it’s been good here. The two bedroom is very spacious, we just needed a three bedroom. The neighborhood has been safe and quiet. My neighbors were very kind. I have no complaints. Maintenance responds and gets stuff fixed quick and the maintenance guys are so cool. Tuscany Gardens also has more events and parties for the holidays, so that’s nice. I would move back if i could in the future."
"Love the apartments! Very quiet and nice neighborhood, never had an issue with leasing office, and actually the opposite- they are very understanding and helpful people! 10 out of 10!"
"The reviews are so high, I assume I must have visited on an off day. I was very excited about touring the apartments based on the amount of positive reviews. Upon entering, the grounds are very well kept. The buildings are in great condition. I loved the amenities offered prior to arriving, the only thing left was to actually tour. Unfortunately, once I interacted with actual humans in person is when my impression changed. While not overtly rude, none of the staff were welcoming. We barely received a hello upon entering. They were not ready for the tour I scheduled days in advance, stating the unit was not ready for showing. I did end up seeing an old unit instead. I didn't need to be "sold" on the apartment, but I also didn't want to feel as if I wasn't welcome or if coming to view a unit was a chore or an unwanted task. While I am choosing not go with this apartment, simply because I personally would not want to interact with the management team, who would potentially be a reflection of the maintenance team and any other individuals who work for the complex--- I still believe the apartment was in great condition and good choice for those who do not mind a lack of professionalism and customer service at the leasing office. I prefer to live in places where I can build positive relationships with management and building staff. I just couldn't see that happening with the first impression given during my tour. And that was a disappointing feeling, seeing as I was really hoping this would be the place I settled on."
"One of the best place i lived in. I had rented apartment in tuscany garden apartments and this place was awesome. Staff is incredibly friendly and they always try to go beyond. I recommend everyone who looking for a apartment."
"Lived here about a year. Before we moved in they claimed we couldn’t see the apartment because it was getting NEW carpet in. When we finally got a chance to view it. The carpet was wet as we walked in meaning they just shampooed the carpet from the previous tenants. Which still had a big black stain by the doorway & balls all over(old worn carpet). Fast forward to moving out. We find out they kept our security deposit. Why, you ask? Over “balled up, soiled carpet” that was like that prior to moving in. Called the leasing office about this. They sent me to corporate, called corporate over 10x to rectify the situation. No one & I mean no one would call back after the 1st initial call. Not to mention charging for utilities after we were already gone. Too much money for broken/messed up amenities, paper thin walls & sassy mouth from management when you call. Watch out for their little scamming ways!"
