"Great customer service. Front desk workers very attentive and always trying to make your stay more comfortable. Great location with stores and restaurants near by, so food delivery is quicker. Rooms clean, good for long staying if you need to. Tv, fridge and other amenities are in good conditions, that make your staying more confortable. Good place to stay, just about 20 minutes from Baltimore downtown and for less money."

"Do not stay here! This place is party central! Every single night someone was partying and playing loud music! Last night some guy kept yelling he was dying! It was ridiculous! Do better at this location! We will not stay here again!"

"They looked decent, however the first room I was given was not ready maintenance was working on it (head board off the wall, mattress was uncovered and very stained). The person at front desk had no idea. I had several rooms booked (for family functions ). One of the rooms had roaches. Another room the water wasn't hot. Of the 2 people we dealt with at front desk the gentlemen was very nice but the lady on Sunday morning was rude. The breakfast was awful. But the location is very good."

"We stayed at this location for a near by event. We usually do every year. Normally, it's an amazing experience. This time it wasn't so pleasant. We walked into the room and the wash clothes were dirty. I wish that was the only complaint. We pre-payed for a late check out. One of the owners, Sam Shaw to be exact, banged on the door a little after regular check-out time and then almost immediately barged into the room almost knocking me off my feet and shouted with a pointed finger, " You should've opened the door when I knocked!" At this time, there was a huge dog and another guy outside of the room door as well. I was in the room alone and was super afraid. I expressed to him that we had a late check out and he said "No, it's at 11." At this point, I wanted to just get out of there. Before my family and I left, we tried to talk it out with the owner, his partner and the front desk employee in a calm manner. Sam Shaw began to deny what had happened and be very disrespectful as if he's done nothing wrong. His tone was unprofessional and mean! It's safe to say I will not stay there at any time and you shouldn't either!!!"

"Quality Inn location Windsor mill 21244 from the owners, the managers, the house keeping crew, the maintenance crew, the check in crew Have been nice from the time I been here all the staff especially dealing with my work injury being electrocuted dealing with neurological issues. All the staff have been friendly and beyond nice and take the time to speak and check on me. This hotel goes above and beyond. The rooms are cleaned nice and cleaned above and beyond. The maintenance crew are the best and always on top of things getting handled in repaired in time. Check in crew is the best their energy motivates and engages me in communicating. This is great location laid back chilled you will enjoy peace in my opinion."
