"We’ve lived here now for less than one month. Overall, the community is nice. When we moved in, we noticed that a lot of the fixtures were extremely dated/ antiquated; i.e. toilet, washer and dryer (which is also incredibly tiny), bathroom mirrors, bathroom overall, door entry, etc., etc. We love that the neighborhood is quiet even though the walls might be thin and we can hear our neighbors stomp-walking or whatever they may be doing. Oftentimes, we even smell their food as if we were cooking it in our own home. Thankfully, the food is not fowl smelling. It actually smells good, but I wanted to write an honest review of our experience so I needed to include that bit. Our neighbors are also very hospitable and welcoming, so are the groundskeepers that we’ve met. We think it’s a nice starter home for small, new, and/ or growing families and it seems to be a very safe, familial, and “homey” community. Thank you!"
