Queens Ridge Apartments

"Worst apartments imaginable, nobody answers the phone. It’s been times i went to the office sit in my car and call them and see them ignore the phone. Ive went inside to ask for simple things to be done. Window blinds carpet repair i get told it'll get done it never does. I call , email and leave voicemails. People break into people cars the place doesn't have cameras. Homeless people be in the laundry room it be drugs and trash. The laundry machine never works takes you're money and breaks. They don't do typical quarterly or yearly things. When somebody came to give me new curtains was the wrong size then said had to order 3 weeks went by i called again said it wasn't in called month later they said they weren't told. No playgrounds for the kids no zero amenities. Turn over rate for staff is insane all the maintenance people leave i called once for something and was told they have no maintenance people at the time. I was even told one time i didn't renew my lease and i had proof i did , they threatened me that if i didn't come to the office and sign again they was going to charge me monthly rates. Rent gets higher and higher as well as the water and nothing is done .. no updates , i asked for a carpet patch once it wore down with the glue .. i was told it was 1,100 and if i wanted anything updated i would have to rent a newer apartment . WORST , WORST , WORST PLACE EVER ! i recommend no one to rent here. Especially if you have kids its not safe between no maintenance or up keep, break ins and roach infestations. STAY AWAY!"

"HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. I'VE ONLY BEEN HERE FOR 7 WEEKS AND THE PROPERTY IS RAN TERRIBLY!!!! I LITERALLY HAD A HOLE IN MY BATHROOM CEILING FOR A MONTH AND GO FIGURE IM ACTUALLY ABOUT TO PAY FOR MY SECOND MONTH.. AGAIN MY SECOND MONTH....NOT TOO MENTION ROACHES!!!!! THEY CAN NOT BE SERIOUS!!!! THE AN ENTIRE WALL IN MY APARTMENT HASN'T BEEN PAINTED. JUST CALK SLAPPED ON NO SANDING OR ANYTHING!!!!!THIS IS BASICALLY A PROJECT HOUSING DEVELOPMENT IN A NICE LOCATION. TO HAVE SOMEONE MOVE INTO AN APARTMENT WITH ROACHES IS CRAZY. I HAVEN'T EVER IN MY LIFE HAVE DEALT WITH RODENTS. THIS PLACE IS TRASH!!!!! RENT SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!! I'M TERRIBLY UPSET THAT I GOT APPROVED FOR TUSCANY GARDENS 2 DAYS AFTER MOVE IN. IF ANYONE IS LOOKING FOR AN APARTMENT IN THE AREA THAT PLACE IS TOP TIER!!!!!! GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE. I RATHER RENT A DUMPSTER THEN TO RENT HERE. AT LEAST YOU KNOW A DUMPSTER IS A DUMPSTER. RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!!!"

"We lived there for a year. Left due to bed bug, roach and mice issues. We complained, the management did pest control, but was not effective. They were back again after a couple of days. Could not tolerate the bed bug issue, so we left. The property is under new management, don't know how are they doing. They gave my full security deposit back within 3 weeks. The apartments were spacious and rent was reasonable. I would consider them again if those issues are taken care of. 3 star due to the new managements quick response and co-operation. otherwise would have rated 1 star."
