Clarke Manor Apartments

"I just moved in a few days ago, Pat was wonderful with helping me get thru the rental process, She is such a sweet lady who clearly loves her job. Maintenance is phenomenal, they are quick and efficient. The grounds are kept so nice and clean, they even have doggy bags on grounds to pick up poop. I feel safe walking my dog at night as well. I love it here so far 10/10."

"Terrible noise issues. Inconsiderate neighbors blasting music. Lots music from cars happening all hours of the night day. Sound between floors is not very insulated. The drug problem here has progressively gotten worse. Since THC is legal now and there is not a non-smoking policy in place, there is little the leasing office can do about it. Barking dogs are a problem and dog poop clean up is not regularly enforced. Limited visitor spots. There are residents who consistently park in those spots making even less available. Only positive thing is Ms. Pat in leasing office is great and does as much as she can!!"

"I enjoyed living here until 2 weeks ago, my unit was burglarized and everything points towards maintenance. I love the fact that the building is secured, you must be buzzed in to gain access and cameras are present on the exterior of the building, however, they don't catch everything. I feel that that they should offer a little more. They don't have a fitness center, no playground, no community room , no pool just the apartments. I have really nice neighbors. This isn't a bad community, I would recommend any tenant to get cameras inside of their unit for security purposes. The leasing office addresses your needs promptly."

"I love living in the Clarke Manor Apartment Community. The office staff and the maintenance staff are amazing. They are very courteous, friendly, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Their response time is great. For me they have been as accommodating as possible. The grounds are very well groomed and kept clean. There is adequate lighting in the parking lot as well as in the apartment building hallways. While I’ve only been living here for 7 months, I look forward to living here for many years to come."
