"the property, floors, and units are extremely clean and beautiful. the management and concierge is communicative, friendly and helpful. you’re likely to come across nice neighbors too. the location is ideal since there are restaurants, salons, dental offices, etc within walking distance, and the Tysons metro station is within .5 miles. i enjoy living here and plan to stay for many years."

"I lived for 2 years since 2021, and overall it has been a great experience. The maintenance, concierge, and cleaning staff work responsively. Pros: 1) Nice open space in the 5th-floor patio. It offers a nice view if you live facing it and it's pets-free! 2) Large unit size. Compared to nearby properties within the same price range, it offers the largest 1 bedrooms. 3) Luxury appliances. I toured 6-7 properties nearby, and Nouvelle offers high-quality appliances such as double-door refrigerator with filtered water, large dishwasher and large bathtub. You will easily find the differences when you see the smaller/cheaper appliances in other places with comparable rental prices. Cons: 1) The free resident gym is small compared to other newer properties, although there is another membership gym in the same building. 2) It has to be careful to drive in the parking garage. I saw several cars scratch on the bracing columns, and yes, including my own car. One entrance is very narrow and 90 degrees, so you'd better have nice driving skills. BTW, my move-out cost after lease ends is "

"UNSAFE. A strange man entered my apartment when the leasing office gave him a key to tour my apartment. He was not accompanied by anyone, just walked right in. Random man off the street. There was still 90 days left of my lease when this incident occurred so there’s literally NO EXCUSE. Extreme violation of my privacy and I did NOT feel safe living here after this happened. Thank god I was home at the time. Who knows what other keys they’re handing out to strangers or who else entered my apartment unauthorized. Oh and my car was hit in the garage and the cameras of course didn’t point in that direction of the garage ($75 a parking spot and I would expect much more). And there’s quite literally dozens of these units listed on Airbnb so again, more strangers just given unfettered access to the building."

"The nicest apartment complex around. The staff is honestly very sweet and kind. From the manager Darin to Christina the leasing manager. They are all amazing. The concierges are so sweet. The building is very nice. They have many amenities. My daughter loves the pool and it’s so big! I would give it a 10/5 if I could. Very beautiful place and views are great as well. Quiet building too!"
