"It’s the team that makes the difference! Sandy from the leasing office, Alex and Jose from the maintenance are the most helpful, friendly and professional persons. On my first day I have got the most detailed introduction on what to do and what not to do, and the hints on the neighborhood, and a lot of other details too that are making the life in a new place easier. Some issues in the bathroom that I’ve spotted were fixed by Alex and Jose in no time, they were so quick and enthusiastic! Keep it up, guys! Happy holidays!"

"There are a lot of rats and bugs. The management needs to get a better handle on the trash/recycle. - please take my comment seriously if you are seeing this. My experience with Sandy, despite other positive reviews from new potential renters, was not at all positive (perhaps because I already signed) - I'll specify the events after I leave this place. Otherwise pretty quiet neighborhood and good location. Generally would NOT recommend unless you are out of options. I'll return with another update in a few weeks if things change...."

"Today my husband and I went to Eaves Tysons Corner to get a self-guided tour and we had a really good experience. Sandy was extremely kind and explicit in all the possible details about the apartments, she was very honest about the place and the security, what give us a plus of the place. We are still deciding the place we’re gonna choose as our next home but I wanted to point to Sandy’s attention, which was exceptional and NO, this review was NOT paid and I’m not receiving anything at all for doing it."

"Sandy at the leasing office was AMAZING!!! Not only did she answer my questions expertly and honestly, she went above and beyond to help me in picking my first apartment. She knows the area and can help with directions to the metro and nearby shopping! Cannot say enough about her! A beautiful community! I definitely recommend reaching out to her if you're looking at this area!"

"First of all. I love the community as it is very convenient but there are lots of issues in management team. First of all they ran a contest where the people living in apartment will get something in return if they give 5 star review online. We lived there for about 2 years and when we moved, the apartment was very dirty, like really really dirty and i had to clean everything by myself. There were spots all over the kitchen cabinets, the kitchen sink was dirty and there were food spots all over which i had to clean by myself. Bathroom were so dirty and that had to be cleaned as well and there were lots of spots on the carpet when we had mentioned in the move in checklist. We moved out in May and I personally made sure to clean everything before we handed over the keys to the management and we also scheduled for cleaning person from the apartment management just to make sure the apartment is perfectly clean. We dropped the keys and after almost a month letter we received a bill of 1000 dollars for the damages which was not caused by us. I paid almost 3800 just to breach the lease because that is the law and I didn’t had any issue in paying that money but to pay for something not caused by us is definitely wrong and i will stand by it until they verify everything with our move in check list and the new damages caused. I have lived in about 3 apartments so far and we never had any issue while moving out but we had an terrible experience with Eves . Just be careful out there guys."
