"Worse experience ever!!! This place is extremely unprofessional. I was hung up on twice by someone after asking basic questions. The employees are rude and forceful. My dog needed a trim but was shaved bald practically. They told me it would take 3 hours and called me.back within 40 minutes to pick her up. I could have stayed OUTSIDE and waited because coming inside is apparently against the law. I also witnessed several others picking up their dogs and having the same experience og thrir dogs hair being shaved off. One dog even had two braids added to her hair as the owner looked on in disbelief, and struggling to say no when asked if she liked it. She finally said no I don't like this. Inshared her sentiments. I will never return!"
