"Beautiful rooftop bar over looking the city. Very warm and welcoming, comfortable couches with blankets to snuggle when temperatures drop a bit too much. Magical."
"Really nice staff, unfortunately no breakfast at hotel but next door and does not open until 7, very small fitness center but you can of corse run outdoors. Rooms are nice, Location is everything."
"Our room was very nice but housekeeping was super basic. Basically pulled the sheets up on the bed and replaced towels. Didn’t vacuum or even put all the pillows back on the bed that were taken off. But for a short stay that was okay. Wifi was intermittent. This also meant that we couldn’t watch Netflix etc. AC didn’t work and there were units in the room which were effective but very noisy. Front desk and staff were friendly but not very professional. The rooftop bar was great. This place could be great, they just need to fine tune a few things."
"Definitely a great and walkable location. The room size was spacious. I did like the boutique feel of the hotel. A few complaints though. The way charges are handled was very very weird to me. We got charged for one night prior to arriving. At the time of check-in, there was a $300 charge, which I had to go back to the front desk and ask about because it wasn’t disclosed to us. The girl working couldn’t really explain the purpose of the charge, and it was clear she had no form of hospitality training from her demeanor. Then at check out, the remainder of the stay was charged (2nd night + fees), which included a “destination fee”..something I’ve never heard of before. Apparently, the check-in charge was an auth hold, but literally no one could confirm it for me. I just had to hope it would be reversed..which it was, thankfully. When it comes to the room, literally every time we plugged in the iron, the power circuit blew…which is utterly wild to me. Maybe the 2 standing AC units they have in the room were too powerful. That was just an annoying experience. They need to fix whatever is wrong with the built in AC if the replacements are causing power issues."
"I loved this hotel other than the portable AC unit. My room was extremely hot and only one side of the room was cooled off. We couldn't even sit in the separate sitting room because it was way too hot. Lots of bugs and spiders due to the windows having to stay open for the AC unit. The free snacks were a nice addition. The rooms were clean and the beds are comfy."
