"I really would like to write here about how professional and helpful staff was at this location, especially Bya who went out of her way and helped us enormously with our documents’ issues. Her professionalism went above and beyond normal customer service. Also, she was very good at multitasking and helping other people of this hotel. Thank you so much for great customer service. I would definitely stay here again."

"Great location in an awesome neighborhood. The rooms were also spacious and clean. We particularly appreciated the service of Bya, who was nothing but courteous and went out of her way to help us from check in to check out. The Westin is lucky to have her. The only reason that this is not a five star review is that the breakfast is severely understaffed and poorly managed. We waited 1.5 hours from start to finish for breakfast. I would caution anybody staying here to avoid the breakfast (even if it's included with your Marriott status) if you are in any sort of time crunch."

"Elegant hotel in a great location. The room was beautiful and very comfortable. The pool area is small and intimate. The fitness center has an extensive collection of equipment. Lots of conference space, including rooms which open out to an area off of a gorgeous courtyard. Within walking distance of several different types of restaurants and cafes."

"Excellent location, close to an array of cafes and restaurants. It is within walking distance to Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods. The hotel may not be luxurious, but it offers enough amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. The breakfast options may be limited, but the quality is good."

"Excellent location, good facilities, below average service. Had to continuously correct the front desk re: our reservation and moved rooms mid stay. The housekeeping knocked on our door every morning between 8-9AM. The WiFi was atrocious, despite using the enhanced internet via titanium status. Received no help with bags on arrival or departure despite having several small kids with us. Minor things seemed to keep adding up during our 4 day stay that just weren’t great. The physical product is good (e.g. location, rooms, etc). But the service here is what holds it back. Received very little acknowledgement on status either and had to remind the front desk of the welcome amenity or breakfast."
